IMPORTANT INFO! READ AND APPROVE BEFORE BOOKING.
On the day of the activity, I want you to be there just before the departure time…
Equipped and ready.
The value of the booking is reserved upon departure and paid at the end of the tour.
CLOTHING: Clothing is essential in our climate.
Remember to dress warmly, in layers, a warm hat, warm mittens, preferably woolen socks and at least one size too big, sturdy shoes!
It is important to maintain the skin’s natural protective fats, especially on the face and hands, so avoid showering before the activity and DO NOT use water-based skin products when going out in the cold.
Pre-book:
When you find an activity that you are interested in, you can eather pre-book via the website, write me a message to my email or mobile, up to 48 hours before the tour starts…
Or call if you are still like me, and like to talk to an actual person 😊
Booking confirmation will be sent to you, as soon as the booking is approved.

Here in Kiruna we are very weather dependent and booked activities can be cancelled, changed or replaced due to this. If this should happen, you have the right to cancel, right up until the start of the tour.

LLB does not assume any responsibility other than to take care of you in the safest way during your activities.

If you as a guest have serious medical conditions or physical limitations, participation is also at your own risk.
