MY KENTALAHTI-CABIN
A cool afternoon with a cozy fire and local delicatesses
Ride a comfortable sled behind a snowmobile into the wilderness.
Enjoy the view on this beautiful ride and then the peace and quiet.
The adults will have the opportunity to make a fire or just chilling and enjoy the outdoors, while the children can play in the snow, downslope the small hill
or play with my dogs.
I offer a little taste of some local delicacies and also, sausages to the children.
A lovely afternoon, outdoors, for the whole family.
This tour is suitable for the whole family, but perhaps especially for children. Just make sure that you all dress warmly, in layers, with warm shoes, gloves and a sturdy hat.
After I have picked you up from your desired location with my minibus, we will go to the village of Kurravaara. From there you will then ride a comfortable sled behind a snowmobile, about 10 kilometers up the Torne River, towards Vakkakoski…
The final destination is my family’s cabin in Kentalahti.
While the children stretch their legs, you adults will learn to make a fire, while I unpack all the goodies for you to taste.
I will offer traditional Sami delicacies and the children will also, get sausages with bread.
I will tell you about my wilderness experiences and what it was like to live in our cabin, which
we did for almost 4 years…
Without electricity and water, in a roadless area.
Departure: 11:30 OR 3:pm, from your accommodation.

The price includes: Transfer, Guide, reindeer skins, blankets, downhill equipment, sausage with bread, lingonberry juice, some samples of Sami delicacies and coffee.
